<p>This nut (10) is produced from a metal sheet and comprises a plate (11), the periphery of which defines a plane portion forming a bearing face (12) of the nut on a support (P), and the portion (13) of which inside this periphery is cut out and depressed in order to be set back with respect to the bearing face (12), which portion (13) comprises at its centre an internally threaded cylinder (14) forming a punch, originating in the portion (13) and pointing towards the bearing face (12) of the nut.
