PURPOSE:To eliminate a sound and heat generation due to vibration by providing an overshoot amount measuring unit, thereby preferably braking a motor even if the operating state varies due to a load. CONSTITUTION:The output of a pulse signal measuring unit 12 is inputted to an overshoot amount measuring unit 13. The unit 13 compares it with the number of moving pulses to measure the displacement with the number of moving pulses, i.e., the overshoot amount, and outputs it to a control unit 14. The unit 14 compares the inputted overshoot amount with the deviation of preset moving pulses 5, regards as the completion of the positioning if the amount is small, while it does not regard as the completion if large, and repeats to input and to compare with the deviation of the oversheet until the positioning is completed. |
