PURPOSE:To mold by die casting laminated cores of different heights in the same mold by moving the third mold in the second mold by pressing means, and die-casting the laminated cores. CONSTITUTION:A laminated rotor core 1 is inserted into the second mold 16 having bellows 21 and the third mold 20 therein, the second and first molds 16, 15 are associated, hydraulic pressure is acted in bellows 21 to press the mold 20, and the core 1 is held by the molds 15, 20. When molten material is then flowed from an inlet 14 formed at the annular space 13 of the mold 15, the material is flowed to the space 13 to form an end ring 12, then through a through hole 2 of a core 3 to the annular space 19 of the mold 20 to form an end ring 18, thereby completing the rotor. |
