PURPOSE:To reduce the load on a computer side by registering a user's program in a CRT display device. CONSTITUTION:A user generates the user's program in such a form that it can be executed by the order processing part 44 of the CRT display device and sets it in a computer previously. This user's program is transferred from the computer 3 to the receiving buffer 41 of the CRT display device 4 when necessary. The head part of data set in the receiving buffer 41 is obtained by the order processing part 44 through a buffer switching control part 43 and decoded, and received data is registered in internal registered program memory 46 according to the decoding result. The CRT display device starts the user's program after the user's program is registered or according to a command signal from the computer 3.
