Device for binary controlled slaving of a movable member along an axis comprising a processor 4 whose input is connected to a peripheral element 6, 7 in order to display orders to be given to a member 2, 3 taken from among several different members which may be slaved by a binary-control element 1 and to a programmable memory 8 for storing the operating limit conditions of each different member, the memory 8 being itself associated with software 9 for calculating information corresponding to the orders supplied by the peripheral element 6, 7 and their comparison with the limit values stored in the memory 8, the output of the processor being connected to the member to be slaved 2, 3 by the binary-control element 1. <IMAGE>
