The invention relates to a dispensing cap with safety key for containers. The cap body is provided, internally, with a spindle 6 on which is mounted at least one ring 8, a leaf spring 7 forming a double stopping panel 9, 10. The end of the leaf spring constitutes an operating lever 11 inside the notch 4, the cap body 1, 2 being combined with the orifice of a bottle 12 in the form of a ring 16 comprising in its lower part an attachment groove 13 and on its lateral wall a notch 14 with an angled end corresponding to the notch 4 of the cap body.
