PURPOSE:To make a construction simple, eliminate the necessity of fuel, and make maintenance easy by arranging a redox type fuel cell and a solar cell used to charge the fuel cell in a movable frame. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell 1 is supported in the upper part of a skid 3 by a supporting frame 4. A redox type fuel cell 13 comprising redox solution tanks 5 and 6, sedox solution circulation pumps 7 and 8, a pump chamber 9, a flow through electrolysis bath 10, a cell chamber 11, and a control panel 12, with a charge-discharge condition monitor and controller is placed on the skid 3 to constitute a power generating unit. The power generating unit is mounted on the pallet of a truck 14 which serves as a bogie capable of moving. Thereby, a construction is made simple, the necessity of fuel is eliminated, and maintenace is made easy. |
