PURPOSE:To assemble an optical system for the formation of an annular beam precisely by providing a taper surface for assembly to a convex and a concave mirror or supporters fixed thereto, and assembling them while putting their taper surfaces in abutting relation. CONSTITUTION:A transparent glass plate 3 to which a convex conic mirror 1 is fixed is fixed to a supporter 4 with a tape surface 11 for assembly, and a concave conic mirror 2 having the same vertical angle as that of the mirror 1 has a taper surface 10 for assembly. The convex conic mirror 1, glass plate 3, and supporter 4 are adhered previously and the reflecting surface 1' of the mirror 1 and the taper surface 11 of the supporter 4 and cut in one process, so the both are coaxial with each other to an extremely good extent. Further, the reflecting surface 2' of the mirror 2 and taper surface 10 for assembly are worked in one process, so the two taper surfaces 10 and 11 are put in abutting relation and fixed to improve the coaxial state of the reflecting surfaces 1' and 2'.
