PURPOSE:To use durably the titled spray in a clean state under continuous and appropriate atomizing conditions by fixing and keeping a housing member in a recessed attachment part of the device body by the engaging action of an engaging protrusion part with a plane-slanted recessed groove part due to the angular rotation of a clamping member. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder member 3 is put in a housing member 2 arranged in a device body 1, and a piston member 4 inserted into the member 3 is vibrated and slid by an electromagnet 5. The liquid in a vessel 6 is sucked up into a pump chamber 7, and sprayed with a nozzle member 8. The vessel 6 is fixed to the device body 1 in the device, and a recessed attachment part 9 into which the housing member 2 can be inserted and from which the member can be detached is provided to the device body 1. An engaging protrusion part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the processed attachment part 9, and a plane-slanted recessed groove part 11 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a clamping member 12. The housing member 2 is fixed and held with the recessed attachment part 11 by the engaging action of the engaging protrusion part with the plane-slanted recessed groove part 11 due to the angular rotation of the clamping member 12.
