Agricultural machine for the uniform distribution of material, such as seed and fertiliser, which contains at least one supply container, provided with a filling orifice, and a distributor device, the material being capable of being fed to the ground via the distributor device, and in which at least one conveying member is located between the supply container and the distributor device and the material not fed to the ground via the distributor device can be guided back into the supply container by means of return members. In order to achieve a uniform intermixing of various introduced materials directly after they have been introduced into the supply container, guide plates (12) are arranged in the supply container (1) underneath the filling orifice (5) and above the drawing-in region of the conveying member (8), the guide plates (12) terminating at a considerable distance (A) above the lower region (13) of the supply container (1). <IMAGE>
