In a device for fastening and adjusting front implements, especially double coulter discs, arranged in pairs on turn-over ploughs, for simpler attachment to the plough frame the two coulter discs are mounted rotatably at the ends of a rectilinear and continuous disc-coulter haft of essentially rectangular cross-section. In the working position of the plough, the disc-coulter haft is centrally connected pivotably about a vertical axis to an intermediate bearing fastened to the plough frame via a clamping shackle. It can consist in one piece of solid material or, for the vertical adjustment of the coulter discs, be assembled telescopically, in which case it consists of a rectangular hollow profile, into which one or two solid profiled bars receiving the mounting of the coulter discs can be pushed and locked.
