PURPOSE:To execute secondary resin impregnation efficiently by squeezing a base material primarily impregnated with a resin between a timing roll and a pinch roll. CONSTITUTION:A timing roll 3 is disposed between primary and secondary impregnating tanks 8, 9 in a vertically driving-able manner, a base material 1 is stretched on the timing roll 3, and tension applied to the base material 1 is kept constant. A pinch roll 4 is arranged on the upper side of the timing roll 3 in a vertically movable manner together with the timing roll 3, and the base material 1 is passed between the timing roll 3 and the pinch roll 4. The base material 1 receives compressive force between the timing roll 3 and the pinch roll 4 when the base material 1 is passed through both rolls, and the inside of the base material 1 is impregnated forcibly with a resin liquid 2 so that the liquid 2 is squeezed into the base material while air bubbles are expelled from the inside of the base material 1. Accordingly, the base material 1 is impregnated efficiently with the resin liquid 2 when the base material 1 is passed between squeezing impregnating rolls 7 and impregnated with the resin liquid 2. |
