发明名称 PRODUCTION OF HEAT-RESISTANT RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a heat-resistant resin giving a cured resin having high thermal decomposition initiation temperature and excellent adhesivity, by reacting a specific tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with a diamine under specific condition, and cyclizing the product to form an imide. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin having an intrinsic viscosity of the polyamic acid of 0.5-2.5 and the thermal decomposition initiation temperature of 480- 580 deg.C after imidation can be produced by reacting (A) a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride composed of 99-80mol% compound of formula I (R1 is benzene ring or condensed benzene ring), e.g. pyromellitic dianhydride and 1-20% compound of formula II (X1 is CO, O, SO2, S, etc.) e.g. benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with (B) a diamine composed of 99-60% compound of formula III(R2 is R1), e.g. p-phenylenediamine, 1-40% compound of formula IV (X2 is X1), e.g. 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 0.01-20% compound of formula V (X3 and X4 are hydrocarbon group), under anhydrous condition in an inert gas atmosphere in a polar organic solvent at 0-100 deg.C.
