PURPOSE:To prevent a microcomputer at data receiving side from becoming faulty even if the power supply of data transmission side receives voltage drop or rise in a transient state by using the power supply of the data receiving side for the power supply of a signal driver and a pull-up power of an input line to the signal driver. CONSTITUTION:A line 16 is a line added newly to a cable typing both microcomputers supplying a power of the reception side to the signal driver 1 and a pull- up resistor 2. The signal driver 1 and the pull-up resistor 2 exist in a device 12 and is connected to the power supply line 11 of a device 13 via the cable 16, then even if voltage drop or rise takes place in the power line 9 because of plugging in or out of a receptacle 14, the state of the cable 6 is stable at a high level by forming an output of a component outputting a signal line 5 of the device 3 as 3-state and no useless signal is transmitted to the device 13. |
