PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded shape having a pattern imitating a real one such as a marble-like pattern simply by changing a resin molding material into an aggregate and forming a groove and previously filling the groove with a resin molding material of a different color before preheating the resin molding material. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin molding material as a chief material is put into a frame 1, thus manufacturing an aggregate 2. A molding material, such as melamine resin, guanamine resin, phenol modified melamine resin, urea resin, phenol resin, etc. is used as the molding material. Grooves 3 in 1-5mm. width and 1-7mm. depth are formed to the surface of the aggregate 2, and the grooves 3 are filled with a powdered or granular molding material 4 having a color different from the material constituting the aggregate 2. It is preferable that a combination through which a polymerization reaction is generated between resins included in both the material constituting the aggregate 2 and the molding material 4 is selected on molding in both materials. The aggregate is heated as required, and the frame is removed. The aggregate is heated and pressure-molded, thus obtaining a resin molded shape. According to the method, a pattern imitating a real such as a marble-like pattern can be produced simply. |
