PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a copper foil coil by interposing the end of a copper foil between stationary members having grooves to which hollow end rods made of conductors are press-fitted. CONSTITUTION:Stationary members 70 which are used as winding cores are formed in a triangular hollow cylinder shape of plastic. In order to fix the starting end of a copper foil 40, the end is disposed between a recess strip 70a and terminal rod 71, and the rod 71 may be press-fitted into the strip 70a. Thus, after the end of the foil 40 is fixed through the rod 71 to the member 70, the foil 40 is wound in the number of turns to be required. The finishing end of the foil 40 is interpose between the strip 72a and the rod 71, the rod 71 is press-fitted to the strip 72a, and the finishing end of the foil 40 is effectively fixed. After the member 72 is fixed, it is fixed by an adhesive to the outside of a coil body 50. |
