PURPOSE:To provide the titled drug effective to keep the balance of acid and base in blood and to adsorb and remove the harmful organic substance and odor in the body, by adding an emulsifier to the main component of the drug such as oil, fat, wax, etc., processing the mixture to obtain a base, and adding and dispersing a germanium semiconductive substance thereto. CONSTITUTION:An emulsifier (preferably anionic, cationic and/or nonionic synthetic surfactant) is added to the main component of the drug, and the mixture is formed and then dispersed with a semiconductive substance to obtain the objective drug. The semiconductive substance is germanium, germanium compound, germanic acid salt, component extracted and separated from a germanium-containing crop, a water-soluble organic germanium compound cultured in an aqueous solution of a germanium compound, etc., and is preferably carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide. The electronegativity of the body can be increased by the external use of the drug, and the pheripheral vessel can be dilated by the electromechanical acceleration of the bonding of hemoglobin with oxygen. |
