PURPOSE:To bond a metal material powerfully to a friction material, by pretreating a contact layer of the metal material coated with an adhesive to hot cure in bonding the metal material to the friction material by the high-frequency induction heating method. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a metal material is coated with an adhesive, and a contact layer of the above-mentioned adhesive with the metal material is previously hot cured and laminated together to a friction material to carry out the high-frequency induction heating. USE:Bonding of the metal material, e.g. a brake shoe, to the friction material. |
