PURPOSE:To scrap the titled scum into a basket in either direction of rotation by laying an inner circumferential plate and an outer circumferential plate at intervals between circumferential parts of both disk plates, and providing a zigzag partition wall between said circumferential plates. CONSTITUTION:Plural pairs of inner circumferential plate 11 and outer circumferential plates 12 are laid in double layers between the circumferential parts of both disk plates 9 at intervals, and a zigzag partition wall 13 is provided between the inner circumferential plate 11 and the outer circumferential plate 12 of each pair. Scraping parts 10 take a triangular shape in the opposite directions, and each scraping part 10 is directed in the revolving direction. Accordingly, when both disk plates 9 are rotated in the normal or the reverse direction, the baskets for scraping the scum are formed in series in the direction of the center of a separation vessel.
