PURPOSE:To prevent a particle post-sensor from the blocking of particles and to prevent the measurement of particles from being disabled by arranging a particle pre-sensor and a particle post-sensor in a conduit, detecting oversize particles by the pre-sensor and discharging the oversize particles through an electromagnetic valve. CONSTITUTION:The particle pre-sensor 10 and post-sensor 11 are arranged on the conduit DCE for electrolyte. A thin plate 15 having a large thin hole 16 is formed in the pre-sensor 10 and particles passing through the thin hole 16 are detected on the basis of the change of impedance. Particles passed through the thin hole 16 of the pre-sensor 10 and to be blocked by a small thin hole 14 of the post-sensor 11 are detected by a control device 19. These particles are discharged to the outside by switching the electromagnetic valve 18. The carrying of the large particles to the thin hole 14 of the post-sensor is interrupted to prevent the thin hole 14 from blocking. Since the oversize particles are discharged to the outside of the pipe by forming the thin hole 16 of the pre-sensor 10 large and the thin hole 14 of the post-sensor 11 small, the post-sensor can be prevented from the blocking of particles and particles to be measured can be continuously measured. |
