The invention relates to a removal apparatus for a pressurised silo (1). This silo has a squeezing valve (13) supplied with a valve compressor (10) and controlled by means of a control circuit (20), being subjected to the action of pressure as a function of this control and hence being closed or being depressurised and thus opened. The control circuit (20) is interrupted by a relay (16, 16') as a function of the motor circuit (18) of the valve compressor (10) when the valve compressor is receiving no current, for example as a result of a defect, as a result of which the squeezing valve (13) is closed or remains closed and clogging of the conveyor line (3) is prevented. In an embodiment of the invention, the squeezing valve (13) is connected to a second pressure source, for example an air vessel, in the event of failure of the valve compressor (10). <IMAGE>
