Device for mounting a capstan winch

A device for mounting a capstan winch for a main winch unit in a retrieving tank is proposed. In this main winch unit, the capstan winch is held by means of two mountings relative to the hull, the one front mounting on the nose side being provided on the location block for the rope pulleys, and the further rear mounting being directly connected to the hull base. The mounting on the nose side is arranged in a common horizontal plane with the hauling rope running from the winch to the rope pulleys. These two mountings hold the capstan winch in an open arrangement relative to the hull base, the front mounting being arranged in the horizontal plane in which the hauling rope is run from the winch to the rope pulleys.
