CUTTING DEVICE FOR SEPARATOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a device that can cut out separators with high speed with a fixed length at all times by providng a sawtooth-type cutting blade that is protruded on a circumferential surface at one cutting roller and then a recess that receives the cutting blade at the other cutting roller. CONSTITUTION:A separator 10 is inserted between feeding rollers 11 and 13 and supplied to cutting rollers 16 and 22 at a speed corresponding to the circumferential speed of the feeding rollers. The cutting rollers 16 and 22 are rotated at the same circumferential speed as the feeding roller. The separator 10 inserted between the rollers 16 and 22 is pressed to a cutting blade 17 while the front and rear of the cutting section is inserted by pressing members 20 and 20' and pressing section pieces 24 and 24', it is cut instantaneously.
