PURPOSE:To exactly detect a music number code recorded between programs on a magnetic tape even when a tape speed changes and to obtain a tape recorder producing no malfunction by providing a music number code bit confirmation interval correcting means for correcting the music number code bit confirmation intervals. CONSTITUTION:A tape recorder confirms an input by three points; T0 obtained by a music number code bit confirmation interval means 3, T0-alpha obtained by subtracting optional value alpha from T0, and T0+alpha obtained by adding alpha to T0. The tape recorder is structured to correct always a value T0 by a music number code bit confirmation interval correction means 7 from the logic derived from three values, which enables the formation of a tape recorder for musi selection without malfunction even when a tape speed changes. |
