PURPOSE:To hold the working surface on a heating block at an adequate temperature by inserting a sheathed heater into a hollow unit having good thermal conductivity, forming a noncontacting portion to the unit, and providing an adjuster to regulate a thermal transfer. CONSTITUTION:An adjuster 9 is of a cylinder obliquely cut at the end 11, and a sheathed heater 6 is inserted into a hole 10. The adjuster 9 is inserted from the upstream side of a lead frame 2 in a conveying direction to a gap 8 of a hollow unit 5. The adjuster 9 is also made of a good thermal conductive material, and its thickness is substantially equal to or slightly thinner than the thickness (t) of the gap 8. When the inserting amount of the adjuster 8 is controlled in a heating block 1, the heat transfer amount to the unit 5 is altered. When the rotating amount is further adjusted, the heat transfer amount to the unit 5 can be regulated through the cut end portion 11. Thus, the heat conduction from the heater 6 to the unit 5 and the frame 2 can be always optimized, thereby obtaining the optimum heating temperature at the working stage. |
