PURPOSE:To permit to detect the level of hot-water accurately and highly reliably by a method wherein a plurality of thermistors are conducted so as to maintain a reference temperature, higher than the temperature of hot-water in a bathtub under a condition that they are not submerged into the hot-water of the bath, at all times. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal communicating pipe 15 is taken out of the bottom section of the bathtub 7 and a side tube 17 is established from the tip end thereof upwardly. The thermistors S1, S2, S3 for detecting hot-water level, provided in the side tube 17 with proper intervals, are for detecting the levels of high-temperature hot-water, a middle temperature hot-water and low- temperature hot-water sequentially from the upper thermistor. A remaining hot-water detecting thermistor S0 is provided at the lower end of the side tube 17 and all of the thermistors are conducted at all times so that they maintain the reference temperature (50 deg.C-60 deg.C, for example), which are higher than the temperature of the hot-water of the bath, under the condition that they are not submerged into the hot-water of the bath. When respective thermistors are submerged in the hot-water of the bath of about 40 deg.C, they detect temperatures lower than the temperature under non-sumberged conditions of them and detect that the level of the hot-water of bath has arrived at the positions of respective thermistors S1, S2, S3, S0. Accordingly, the highly reliable hot-water level detection may be effected. |
