PURPOSE:To heat a room with a comfortable blow-off temperature and permit to increase a room temperature upon over-cooling due to dehumidifying operation by a method wherein compressor driving means and outdoor fan drive stopping means are equipped to control the indoor blow-off temperature. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1, a four-way valve 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 3, a pressure reducer 4 and an indoor heat exchanger 5 are connected and refrigerant flows into full-line direction upon room heating while it flows to broken-line direction upon room cooling. An outdoor temperature is detected by an outdoor temperature detecting means 10 by receiving the signal of an outdoor temperature sensor 9, temperature decision is effected by a comparing and deciding means 12, which compares the detected temperature with a set temperature, to output a signal to a frequency changing means 13 and, then, a signal is outputted from the frequency changing means to the compressor driving means 15. The indoor blow-off temperature is detected by an indoor blow-off temperature detecting means 11, receiving the signal of an indoor blow-off temperature sensor 7, the decision of temperature is effected by a comparing and deciding means 12 to output signal to an outdoor fan operation stopping means 14 and the operation and stop of the outdoor fan 8 are effected. Thus, the indoor blow-off temperature is controlled to realize the comfortable room heating and dehumidification may be effected without reducing the room temperature when the air is wet.
