PURPOSE:To make the temperature of a cavity substantially uniform over the entire part of the cavity, by a method wherein the temperature of a fluid passed through a liquid passage in a cavity is set to be substantially uniform over the entire region of the passage. CONSTITUTION:The cavity 1 having a formed part 2 provided by electro-casting, a pipe 4 provided along the back side of the cavity 1, and a hollow liquid passage 8 are provided. The passage 8 is constituted by a method wherein an affixed member capable of being removed by a chemical or physical means such as melting, evaporation and combustion is adhered so as to cover the pipe 4, then an electro-cast metallic layer 7 is deposited in a predetermined thickness on the back side of the cavity and the outer surface of the affixed member by electro-casting, and the affixed member is removed by the chemical or physical means.
