PURPOSE:To attain early detection of a generated error and ease of troubleshooting by storing always a specific data to plural specific areas so as to check that the stored data of plural specific areas is a specific data during the execution of a clock level processing execution. CONSTITUTION:After program A, B and C executed periodically referred to as a clock level are finished for processing, programs a, b,...e referred to as a base level are processed. As shown in Fig. (b), a check program D is executed in succession to the program of a conventional clock level so as to check that the data stored in all specific addresses of a temporary storage area is a specific data. The specific address is decided at the program design and an address not used for a general program, then if the data in the specific address is rewritten due to any error, the error is detected by the processing period of the clock level. |
