PURPOSE:To lower iron loss by forming two sides of chevron shaped cutting of iron core blank plate of yoke with an angle of 45 deg. to the rolling direction, setting the crest point in such a depth as 42-58% (except for 50%) of plate width and giving the cutting to the inner file only at the single area through contactness of iron core blank plate at the center leg portion. CONSTITUTION:The two sides 5A, 5B of chevron shaped cutting to the iron core blank plate 41A of yoke are provided with an angle theta3=theta4=45 deg. to the rolling direction (longitudinal direction) and the crest point 6 is set at the depth of 42% of the width W of iron core blank plate 21 of center leg. The end of blank plate 21 of center leg is protruded in the same shape as the cutting to the blank plate 41A and is so formed that the cutting 9 is generated only at a single side 21R when it collides. According to this constitution, the cutting area can be remarkably reduced than that of the conventional one, magnetic reluctance for each magnetic flux at the T-type junction is lowered and equalized and distortion of magnetic flux waveform and increase of iron loss are not generated. It is very advantageous to select the crest point 6 to 0.42-0.58W (except for 0.5W). 0.5W is inadequate because an overlap allowance is not secured at the T-type junction. |
