PURPOSE:To improve the durability and performance of a sensor and to obtain the high sensitivity thereof by inverting the movement of a shape memory alloy of a two-way memory by the movement of the lever, quickly inverting an inversion valve by means of a quick spring to hermetically close the exhaust passage at the time of gas combustion, and hermetically closing the exhaust passage of a combustion chamber at the time of singly employing the electronic range. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust port 17 positioned at the upper part of the combustion chamber 8 and provided on the upper wall of a main body 1 is partitioned by an exhaust passage 16 and a valve 18. A quick motion spring 19 is provided between the tip end of the valve 18 and fulcrum 20. The shape variation l1 depending upon the temperature of a shape memory alloy 21 is converted into the motion of the lever 22 and is enlarged to a movement l2 of the valve 18. When the gas is burning, the temperature of the combustion chamber is high. Hence, l1 becomes maximum. The passage of the exhaust passage 16 is closed by the valve 18, and the sensor is protected from the exhaust air of high temperature. In the case of operating the electronic range, the shape memory alloy 21 contracts, and all exhausted air is concentrated on the exhaust passage 16 and the motion of the sensor becomes sharp. |
