PURPOSE:To form the bread baking device capable of making reproduction of an appropriate baked state upon baking repeatedly by providing load power supply means for controlling the power supply to a load by an output signal from delay means for delaying the output signal from delay means after receiving the same in a predetermined period of time. CONSTITUTION:When the power supply is kept on and steam is started to be produced from bread, only a second thermosensitive element 46 makes contact with steam and the temperature thereof is lowered. Hence, the voltage of the plus input of an operational amplifier 58 becomes higher than the minus input, and the voltage of the input voltage of the comparator 57. When it exceeds a predetermined voltage of the minus input of the comparator 57, determined by resistors R4 and R5, charging of a condenser C1 is started through variable resistors VR1. When this charge voltage exceeds a set value of the minus input of a comparator 56, the output signal of the comparator 56 has a high level, and the gate of the silicon control rectifying device 55 is triggered and an exciting current flows through a coil 54, a contact 52 is opened, and the power supply to a heater 53 is stopped. |
