PURPOSE:To eliminate noise generated in a pulse signal by constituting the titled circuit with a noise pulse cut circuit interrupting any pulse just before the next pulse is inputted after a reference pulse is passed and a correction pulse generating circuit so as to use an output of the noise pulse cut circuit as an external output circuit. CONSTITUTION:The circuit consists of the noise pulse cut circuit 1 and the correction pulse generating circuit 2 and a horizontal drive pulse signal (a) (HD pulse) generated at each one horizontal scanning period is inputted to an input terminal IN. The noise pulse cut circuit 1 goes to the pulse cut mode C interrupting the passing of any pulse just after one pulse such as HD pulse is passed and restores to the pulse pass mode P permitting the passing of the pulse after a time t1 is elapsed. The correction pulse generating circuit 2 generates a correction pulse HD' when a pulse is not inputted consecutively over a time t2 slightly longer than 1H, and the HD' is inputted to the noise cut circuit 1 and fed back.
