PURPOSE:To enable an assembly work to be simply accomplished in a structure allowing a core section of an instrument panel to be combined with a contact part so as to form an air duct between them by permitting the contact part to be installed on the core section with a filler as an integral part. CONSTITUTION:An instrument panel 32 allows a filler 36 as a pad to be arranged around the outside of its core section 34, and the filler 36 is covered with a skin 38. And a part of the core section 34 is projected inward as a rib 40 and 42, on the outside of which the end of a contact part 44 is arranged. And not only a bent edge 46 is formed around the opening of the contact part 44 but also an air induction hole is arranged at a certain area. In this configuration, a projection 54, which is led through a through hole 52 where a part of the filler 36 is formed into the core section 34, is arranged at the opening around the outer circumference of the contact part 44 allowing the contact part 44 to be installed on the core section 34. This configuration enables an assembly work to be simply accomplished. |
