PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of thickness unevenness or necking at both ends of resin film, regardless of the kind of resins, while simplifying the regulation of resin flow by regulating thickness unevenness by the choke bar with an adjusting bolt at the intermediate stair of round part. CONSTITUTION:The flow of resin is regulated, using the choke bar 8 with an adjusting bolt 9 at the intermediate stair of round part 3. Consequently, while the control of thickness unevenness and its fine regulation become easy, the resin flow from a lip part 4 may be smoothly controlled, as its width regulation is carried out at the intermediate stair of the round part 3. The thickness unevenness or necking in a resin film do not occur. Accordingly, the flow of the resin film is not only regulated simply, but also the thickness unevenness or necking does not occur in the obtained resin film. |
