PURPOSE:To make the structure of the titled blower simple and to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof by moving a lance pipe in an axial direction by a power source and a gear case and simultaneously rotating the same. CONSTITUTION:The lance pipe 43 protrudes into or is extracted from a heat exchanger while simultaneously carrying out the rotation and the axial movement for removing deposited matters adhering thereto. The rotation and axial movement of the lance pipe 43 are carried out by the power source 51 through the gear case (A) and are integrally coupled. When a shaft 61 rotated on the protruding side of the lance pipe 43, the shaft 61 comes into engagement with a clutch 60a to rotate the lance pipe 43 in the direction of arrow X. When the shaft 61 rotates on the extraction side of the lance pipe 43, the shaft 61 comes into engagement with a clutch 60b to rotate the lance pipe 43 in the direction of arrow X. When the shaft 61 rotates inversely and the lance pipe 43 is changed from the protruding side to the extraction side, gears 56a and 57a and a bevel gear 58a follows after a level gear 59 and makes an idle rotation.
