PURPOSE:To increase packaging density with a simple construction and to obtain data with high resolving power by using every other one of plural electrode plates as a signal electrode plate and connecting commonly the other electrode plates alternately as the 1st and 2nd bias electrode plates. CONSTITUTION:When a selecting terminal (c) of a change-over circuit 21 selects the terminal (a) side to the selected based on the change-over control signal from the outside, a required bias voltage is impressed via the 1st bias power source line 15A from a bias power source 22 to the 1st bias electrode groups 14A,.... One channel can be taken with such detection data by the one surface part of the 1st bias electrode plate 14A and a signal electrode plate 13 facing said part and one channel can be taken out by the other surface part of the plate 14A. The 2nd bias electrode plate groups 14B,... which are not selected are grounded via a high resistor 24 in this stage. When the terminal (b) to be selected is selected in the circuit 21, one channel is constituted by the one surface part of the 2nd bias electrode plate 14B and the signal electrode plate 13 facing said part, by which the detection data is taken out. |
