PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of pressurized fluid from the end of a tube and to facilitate working on the tube of a large inside diameter by closing the opening of the tube through heating and hardening the adhesive inside a cap after connecting said cap to the end of the tube where lining material had reached and it was reversed by the cap. CONSTITUTION:To an end 2' of a tube where lining material 1 reaches, a covering 3'' which has a cylindrical portion 3' with an inside diameter which is almost same as that of a tube 2 is installed to prevent an onward movement of the lining material 1 through the end. The covering 3'' is a cap which has an opening 5 and it is connected and fixed to an end of the tube 2' with a certain spacing. After the end of the lining material 1 within the tube 2 as mentioned above reached the covering 3'' of the cap 3, the cylindrical portion 3' is heated by a heater 12 and the adhesive located inside of that portion is hardened. Subsequently, the opening of the cap is closed by means of a blind stopper 14 etc. and the cylindrical portion 3' is made airtight and a leaking of pressurized fluid from the rear end of the lining material 11 can be prevented. |
