PURPOSE:The titled product seasoned uniformly in the whole glair, having soft glair and strong thin coat, preservable for a long period, having good taste, obtained by immersing a fresh egg in a sterilized seasoning solution, so that the seasoning solution is penetrated from pores to the interior of the egg and the egg is seasoned. CONSTITUTION:The fresh raw egg 3 is immersed in the sterilized seasoning solution (e.g., salty taste, SAKE taste, soy sauce taste, etc.) 2 for about 48hr-96hr, and the seasoning solution 2 is penetrated from the pores 4 to the interior of the egg 3, to give the desired product. |
