<p>PURPOSE:To position fixed scroll member and/or swivel scroll member accurately and to improve the working accuracy by making a pair of stepped notches to be employed as the referential positioning face at the outer edge of mirror board of said scroll member. CONSTITUTION:A pair of positioning or centering notches 61, 62 are made at the outer edge section 60a of mirror board 60 of swivel scroll 60. The notches 61, 62 are formed in step where the referential positioning faces are the non-slidable faces 61a, 62a. The notches 61, 62 are set at the positions separated by 90 deg. where the cross point On1 of both grooves will be the imaginary original point for positioning the swivel scroll 60. The planes 61a and 62a are set in such angular relation as thetaon1=90 deg.. The non-slidable planes 62b or 61b will be the referential face in axial direction when measuring the height of scroll lap section 60b or working. Consequently, the scroll member can be positioned accurately while the working accuracy is improved.</p> |
