PURPOSE:To eliminate rattling and idling substantially by providing fins longitudinally along the axis of pipe. CONSTITUTION:Vacuum sealant 1 is made of thin metal pipe suitable for super high vacuum such as stainless steel, inconel, etc. and provided with longitudinal fins 2 extending axially. While an endboard 6 having star opening and base 7 are welded to the end face 4 thus to increase the strength at the end section of vacuum sealant 1 and the flexure at the end section is increased to produce large rotary angle with small force. Said vacuum sealant can transmit super fine rotary motion accurately without shift or idling thereby used under high vacuum region. |
