PURPOSE:To certainly suppress the increase of revolution speed of a waterwheel even if the load reduces sharply by feedback-operating the deviation between the guide-vane degree instruction signal and the output of a load limiter into the integration element of a PID adjuster in limitted-load operation. CONSTITUTION:An adder 20 is installed into a circuit for inputting an output signal (x) into the integration element 6 of a PID adjuster 3. The output signal alpha1 of a load limiter 10 and the guide-vane opening-degree instruction signal theta* outputted from an adder 7 are input into an adder 18, and the deviation value is outputted. Said deviation value is input into a limiter circuit 19, and only in the limited load operation, a signal (y) is outputted. Said signal (y) is input into the adder 20, and when the output signal (x) becomes equal to the signal (y), the output signal of the adder 20 is set zero, and the integration value of the integration element 6 is prevented from being vaied. |
