PURPOSE:To improve the operability and feeling of the use by pressing the tip of a ball-point pen to an input surface to press and operate a detecting switch with a body holder itself of the ball-point pen and allowing the locus of an input pattern to remain on the input surface. CONSTITUTION:A ball-point pen 4 is always energized in the direction of an arrow A by the restoring force of a compression coil spring 6, and thereafter, the end face depresses a pressuring element 8, and the pressuring element 8 is energized in the direction of the arrow A similarly. Therefore, a spherical part formed on the pressuring element 8 is always pressed to a pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 10. The pressing force of the pressuring element 8 caused by the restoring force of the coil spring 6 is preliminarily set to such value that the pressure-sensitive conductive rubber is not set to the conductive state. Since the ball-point pen 4 is always pressed in one direction, play is not generated, and variance of the axial length of the ball-point pen is absorbed by the compression quantity of the compression coil spring 6.
