PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of a vertical pit by a method in which a casing tipped with an excavating blade is penetrated into the ground while being turned, and a hardening agent is injected from the tip of the casing, mixed with muck, and coated on the pit wall by a projection provided on the periphery of the casing. CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is rotationally driven and penetrated into the ground by a driver 3, and a hardening agent 13, e.g., cement milk, bentonite, etc., is injected from a nozzle 11 through a flow path 8. The agent 13 is mixed with muck formed by the excavating blade 2 to form a soil cement, and the soil cement is coated on the pit wall by a projection 7 to form a wall layer 14. |
