PURPOSE:To realize the blue flame burning from the initial ignition phase by a method wherein the length L1 of a vaporizing cylinder is made to be designated number times the range L2 from a fuel injecting nozzle to the fuel reaching point in the vaporizing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizing cylinder 2 is formed of a heat-resistant metal plate cylinder of which one end part is opened. A vaporizing pan 4 formed of a spherical surface-shaped disc having a larger diameter than the heat-resistant metal plate vaporizing cylinder 2 is provided on the opening side upper part of the vaporizing cylinder 2. A fuel spraying nozzle 5 is closely provided at a blasting port 6 on the other end of the vaporizing cylinder 2, the secondary burning air is supplied toward the periphery part of the vaporizing pan 4 from the outer periphery of the vaporizing cylinder 2. The surface temperature of the vaporizing pan 4 is kept within the range of 500-800 deg.C, also the length of the vaporizing cylinder 2 is made to be 1.2-2.0 times the range from the fuel spraying nozzle 5 to the fuel oil drop reaching point in the vaporizing cylinder 2. Thereby, the blue flame burning can be realized from the initial ignition phase.
