PURPOSE:To contrive the compact structure by a method wherein a flat board- shaped ceramic heater is utilized directly as a vaporizing medium for a liquid fuel, and prevent the device from overflow of the liquid fuel by swelling the outer periphery end of the heater. CONSTITUTION:The shape of the outer periphery end of a ceramic heater 19 is made to be swelled. Thereby, a liquid fuel overflow toward the outside of a device can be prevented even when the dropping quantity of the liquid fuel is increased for increasing a combustion quantity. As the inflow quantity of a combustion air is increased with the large combustion quantity, the lower surface of the ceramic heater 19 is cooled in some degree, the temperature difference between the lower surface and a high temperature part is increased. In this case, the crack can be prevented by the reinforcement due to the swelling of the outer periphery end of the ceramic heater 19. The ceramic heater 19 is arranged in a vaporizing part, therefore, a compact vaporizing part can be obtained.
