LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a liquid crystal display panel by the constitution in which a transparent conductive layer is formed via a film consisting of SiOx on the liquid crystal side surface of a polarizing film consisting of a hydrophobic resin and dichroic dye. CONSTITUTION:The SiOx film 2 and the transparent conductive film 3 are successively laminated on one surface of the polarizing film 1 consisting of the hydrophobic resin and dichroic dye and a reflecting plate 4 or transparent film is laminated on the opposite surface to reinforce the film. Two sheets of such polarizing films are positioned face to face and are adhered via a spacer. A liquid crystal is sealed therebetween to manufacture the liquid crystal display panel. The production of the display panel having the excellent durability is rationalized by using the polarizing film 1 as a liquid crystal sealing substrate.
