PURPOSE:To supply a laver-making apparatus with a mixture controlled to a proper salt and/or laver concentration, by detecting the salt concentration in the concentration-controlling tank attached to the outlet-side of a mixing tank, and supplying fresh water to the apparatus when the detected value is higher than a preset level, or supplying sea water when the value is lower than the preset level. CONSTITUTION:Water and the raw material of laver are supplied to the mixing apparatus 1, and the prepared mixture is supplied to the concentration-controling tank 2, in which the salt concentration is detected by the salt-detecting sensor 8. When the detected value is lower then the preset level, the salt concentration is adjusted to the preset level by operating the seawater pump 9 and discharging the water by the exhaust pump 12, and when the detected value is higher than the preset level, the fresh water pump 15 is operated and the water is discharged by the exhaust pump 12 to maintain the salt concentration to the preset level. |
