PURPOSE:To prevent a latent heat accumulating material from being heated to surpass heat-resistant temperature of a supercooling preventing material by a method wherein a center heater is provided independently at the center of a vessel, and the value of the supplying electric power to the center heater is lowered after the latent heat accumulating material is reached to the melting point. CONSTITUTION:The center heater 12 is provided at the center part of the vessel 4, and the whole rating of the electric power is supplied to a heater 5 and the center heater 12 by the time the latent heat accumulating material 1 is reached to the melting point after the operation is started by a controlling part 13, and the control is started to the constant temperature. Furthermore, the low electric power is supplied to the center heater 12 synchronizing to the heater 5 after the control is started to the constant temperature. Hereby, heating calories from the center heater decreases, and the temperature becomes nearly the same at the outer periphery part and at the center part. |
