PURPOSE:To obtain excellent erecting characteristics even when a slant angle is a minute angle, by agitating a working fluid in a ring shaped container by an agitating device, which is rotated at a slow speed by a motor. CONSTITUTION:A working fluid 3-39 is put in a space 3-37' of a ring shaped container 3-37 so as to fill the space by about a half. Each agitating plate 3-35 is partially immersed in the working fluid 3-39. By the rotation of a member 3-26, the agitating plate 3-35 is rotated in the ring shaped container 3-37 in a such a manner the plate is not contacted with the member 3-26 but immersed in the working fluid 3-39. |
